How about the warranty ?--Factory shall provide one year quality guaranteeperiod for the TV it sold to customer , except the human damage. And such guaranteeperiod shall commence from the delivery date.4. What about the returned TV or parts?--With the quality guaranteeperiod , customer only has to pay for the shipment of TV or other parts needed reparation or replacement from customer to factory , and factory will be responsible for other expenses arising out of such reparation or replacement.Including but not limited to the cost of new parts and shipment of tv or parts from factory to customer.
