Q:What about the returned TV or parts ?A:With the quality guaranteeperiod, customer only has to pay for the shipment of TV or other partneeded reparation or replacement from customer to factory , and factory will be responsible for other expenses arising out of such reparation or replacement.Including but not limited to the cost of new parts and shipment of tv or parts from factory to customer. After the quality guarantee period expires, the factory only undertakes technical support, all the possible charges cuased should be paid by the customer.
